高职院校系级教学管理存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：高职院校的系级教学管理是学院教学管理工作建设和发展的要求,也是提高教学质量的重要保证。但在系级教学管理中也存在一些问题,如管理制度不完善,管理队伍不稳定,学生素质不高,实践教学有待拓展,领导重视程度不够等等。面对这些问题,应采取对策:加强与完善系级管理制度,加强人员培训,统一思想,建立激励机制,改善教学条件,推动教学质量不断提高。The teaching management of departments＇ level in higher vocational colleges is the requirement of construction and development of teaching management work in colleges, as well as the important guarantee to promote teaching quality. But there exist some problems in teaching management of department level, such as the imperfect management system, the instable management group, the poor students＇ quality, the shortage of practical teaching, the insufficient leaders＇ emphasis degree and so on. Facing these problems we should adopt countermeasures to strengthen and perfect management system of departments＇ level, enhance staff training, unify thought, establish incentive system, and perfect teaching condition to advance the increase of teaching quality.
