摘 要:叙述了电气工程学科的内涵、地位及发展趋势,着重介绍了电气工程专业的设置。提出了我校电气工程专业将以本科生就业为导向,形成(1)电器设备设计与应用技术;(2)工业与民用供配电技术;(3)电力电子及其应用技术的三个具有我校、我院学科优势和专业特色的培养方向和目标。对我校电气工程学科将重点建设"电机与电器"、"电力系统及其自动化"、"电力电子与电力传动"三个学科方向,进一步发展建设"高电压与绝缘技术"学科方向的建设与发展思路。并对我校电气工程专业建设提出了人才引进、师资队伍管理和教师教学水平管理的具体方案。Analyzing the content of the electrical engineering discipline, its role in the higher education and its trend in the scientific development, this paper expounds the setting of electrical engineering discipline. It comes up with the notion that the undergraduate teaching of electrical engineering in XAUAT should be employment-oriented with the objective and curriculum with the discipline advantage and subject characteristics in three major aspects: (1) the designing and applied technology of electrical equipment; (2) the industrial and civilian supply and distribution technology; (3) the power electronics and applied technology. It is suggested that when developing Electrical Engineering discipline in our school, the priority should be given to the construction of three subjects, which are "Electric Machines and Electrics", "Power System and Automatization", and "Power Electronics and Power Drives", and the further consideration should be taken to the development of the "High Voltage and Insulation Technology". The paper also puts forward specific programs such as the talents introduction, the faculty management and the teaching assessment in the construction of Electrical En gineering in XAUAT.
