摘　　要：高职校成人教育校企合作办学在制订人才培养目标、解决企业人才需求等方面具有重要意义,是高职校成人教育发展的途径之一。通过对成人教育校企合作新型人才培养模式的介绍,阐述了成人教育校企合作的意义、模式、运行机制,并提出进一步完善成人教育校企合作的建议。Higher vocational school-enterprise cooperation in running schools is of great significance for adult education, such as in the development of training objectives and addressing enterprise needs. Through the introduction of school-enterprise cooperation new-talents training mode of adult education, the paper elaborats on the meaning of adult education school-enterprise cooperation, mode, operating mechanism, and also makes recommendations for further improving the school-enterprise cooperation for adult education.
