摘　　要：社会主义荣辱观是社会的客观需要,其意义重大、内涵丰富,构成了一个完整的荣辱观体系,具有鲜明的科学性、价值性和实践性,是对中华传统道德观和社会主义道德规范的继承和发展,体现了科学的发展观。加强社会主义荣辱观建设,形成人人践行社会主义荣辱观的良好社会氛围,具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。Socialist concept of honor and disgrace is the desirability of the society; it is of great significance and meaningful, and forms a complete concept system of honor and disgrace; it has distinct scientific feature and values and Practicality, it is the inheritance and development of China＇s traditional moral concept and socialist moral standards; it reflects the concept of scientific development. It has a very important realistic meaning and far--reaching historic significance to strengthen the construction of socialist concept of honor and disgrace. It forms a good social atmosphere that everybody fulfils the socialist concept of honor or disgrace.
