摘　　要：随着高校办学规模扩大和办学经费的增长,以及近年来一系列财政改革政策的实施,高校财务管理和核算方面出现了一些新的问题,本文从高校财务管理与会计核算的实际情况了出发,分析实际存在的问题并提出自己的解决思路,希望对财务管理实际工作有所帮助。With the expansion of the size of university and increases in funding school,as well as the implementation of a series of fiscal reform policy in recent years,there are some new problems in financial management and accounting of college.This article starts from the actual situation of the university＇s financial management and accounting,analyzes the problems and makes practical solutions,in hope of helping the practical financial management.
