摘　　要：介绍了MEMS惯性传感器ADIS16355的特性,阐述了对其进行读写和数据处理的方法,在此基础上,设计了一种应用于图像稳定系统的相机姿态信息采集与存储系统。该系统由FPGA控制,利用ADIS16355进行相机位姿数据的采集,并将采集到的数据存储于系统内的存储介质FLASH中。采集完毕后,通过USB接口实现与上位机的通讯,完成对图像偏移的校正,为提高图像利用率提供了基础。The characteristics of MEMS （Micro Mechanical System. MEMS） inertial sensor ADIS16355 is introduced in this paper. The read-write of data and data processing method are elaborated. On the basis, a camera posture information acquisition and storage system is designed. Controlled by FPGA, the system adopts ADIS16355 to collect the camera position and orientation data and store the data into FLASH. After acquisition, the system communicates with the host computer via the USB interface to complete the image offset correction. It＇s the bias of improving the utilization ratio.
