摘  要:基于均匀设计方法研究了松香等6种钎剂组分与Sn-9Zn/Cu润湿相关性.在试验中把松香、氯化锌、氯化氨、乙二醇、油酸、乳酸各个变量因子分成3组,每组中各因子分成12个水平.使用UST4.0均匀设计计算机软件,对所测润湿铺展面积进行了逐步地统计回归分析,得到3个多项式方程.结果表明,氯化锌、油酸以及氯化锌和氯化氨的交互作用与润湿铺展面积呈正相关;氯化氨与润湿铺展面积呈负相关;松香与氯化锌或氯化氨的交互作用对指标有小的影响;氯化锌、油酸各自的二次项会对指标产生负面作用.方差分析表明多项式方程显著.Wetting correlations between rosin & other 6 flux components and Sn-9Zn/Cu are studied based upon uniform design method.The factors rosin,ZnCl2,NH4Cl,ethylene glycol,oleic acid and lactic acid,were divided into three groups and twelve levels in the experiment.By using computer software UST4.0,the wetting spread area were processed statistically and three correlative equations were obtained.The results showed that the effect of ZnCl2,oleic acid and the mutual term of ZnCl2 & NH4Cl were positive.The effects of NH4Cl was negative,and that of rosin with ZnCl2 or NH4Cl together is little,ZnCl2 or oleic acid is also in quadratic & negative form.The analysis of variance showed that the multinomial equations were sound and meaningful.
