摘　　要：高校高绩效科研团队是指卓越领导者集体统领下的由高校相关科研人员所组成的从事科研工作、具有高校性、强稳定性、高绩效性、管理规范与高效性等显著特征的科研共同体。高校高绩效科研团队的打造必须着力于合格团队成员的遴选、良好科研设施的置备、科研项目的精拣、团队合作度的提升、过程管理的强化、考核机制的创新以及社会承认的获取等相互关联、相互渗透的实践环节。High-performance scientific research team in colleges and universities refers to the scientific research community composed of related scientific research personnels of colleges and universities under the collective leadership of excellent directors,which is characterized by working in colleges and universities, strong stability, high performance, regulated management, and high efficiency. The creation of the team shall be focused on such interrelated and interpenetrative practice links as selection of qualified team members, equipment of advanced research devices, promotion of team cooperation, intensification of process management, innovation of examination mechanism, and acquisition of social recognition.
