摘　　要：食品检测实验室是从事食品检测工作而建立的,它为保障食品安全和质量、保障人民的身体健康、促进我国食品工业的发展起到了积极的作用。同时,为政府有效地控制食品生产和流通领域提供了证据。为了提高食品检测实验室的能力和水平,基于在日常食品检测实验室的评审过程中发现的问题,提出一些建议。Food testing laboratory is engaged in food testing. It plays an active role in safeguarding food safety and quality, protecting public health, and promoting the development of Chinese food industry. Meanwhile, food testing laboratory has provided the evidences for the government in its effort to have effective control over food production and distribution. In order to improve the capability and standard of food testing laboratories, the article provided suggestions based on the issues exposed during regular food testing laboratory evaluation process.
