摘 要:提出了一种带定子电阻辨识的新型滑模速度观测器,用于异步电动机转速的精确观测。该观测器采用一种改进的电压转子磁链模型,在降低转子电阻变化对磁链观测影响的同时,还有效解决了传统电压模型固有的缺陷;并利用定子电流估计值与实际值的偏差在线计算电机的定子电阻,从而提高了磁链和转速在低速范围内的观测精度。仿真结果证明该方案在全速范围内具有响应速度快、稳态精度高和对定、转子电阻变化鲁棒性强的特点。A new method of sliding mode speed observer with stator resistance identification was presented to obtain high precision speed observation for asynchronous motors. A modified voltage model without the rotor resistance was used to calculate the rotor flux, and the inherent DC offset voltage error and integral error of the initial value problem were solved. The stator current difference of the estimated value and the actual value was used to calculate the stator resistance to achieve an accurate flux and speed observation in low speed range. The simulation results verify that the method has a fast response and high accuracy. It is robust to the variation of the stator and rotor resistance.
