气胎离合器刚度影响因素的数值研究与验证

摘  要:运用复合材料力学相关理论与有限元技术对气胎离合器的核心部件--气胎进行建模与分析,讨论了气胎材料和结构复杂、气室压强和容积随动变化等问题,计算了不同初始充气压强和内外轮毂偏心距条件下的气胎径向静刚度,并分析了它们的影响程度,且利用能量守恒原理对模型进行了验证。结果表明,径向静刚度基本不随内外轮毂偏心距变化,而会随着初始充气压强的升高小幅增大。By exerting Mechanics of Composites and the Finite Element Method, a detailed three-dimensional model was set up for the pneumatic tyre, which is the core of the air tube clutch. An attempt is taken to solve the problems resulted from the tyre's materials and structure's complexity, as well as the changing of both the air pressure in the air chamber and the cubage of the chamber, with the pneumatic tyre's transmutation. Under different values of the initial air pressure in the air chamber and the eccentric distance of the two hubs, the radial static stiffness of the pneumatic tyre was calculated; then the influence of the two variables on it was analysed, and the whole model was verified by Energy Conservation Law. The results show that the radial static stiffness does not vary with the changing of the eccentric distance of the two hubs, but will increase slightly as the initial air pressure becoming bigger.
