摘  要:目的:建立一种能快速、简便检测食品中山梨酸、脱氢乙酸、苯甲酸的毛细管柱气相色谱法。方法:用氢氧化钠-硫酸锌体系沉淀样品中的蛋白类杂质,石油醚+乙醚(3+1)去除脂类物质,加盐酸酸化后,乙酸乙酯提取,毛细管气相色谱法检测。结果:浓度在50μg~1000μg时,各组分线性良好r,均>0.9990,1.0 g样品量进行萃取检测时,山梨酸、脱氢乙酸、苯甲酸的样品检出限分别为0.033 g/kg,0.050 g/kg,0.010 g/kg。方法的回收率在90%~102%之间,RSD在0.96%~3.3%之间。结论:本方法快速、简便、结果稳定,适合大批量样品的检测。Objective: To develop a new method to detect benzoic,sorbic,dehydroacetic acid in foods by capillary gas chromatography.Methods: The samples were deproteinized by NaOH-ZnSO4,defatted by benzine-ether firstly,then acidized with hydrochloric acid,extracted by ethyl acetate and finally determined by capillary gas chromatography.Results: The linear range was 50 μg^1000 μg(r0.9990).When taken sample of 1.0 g,the lowest detecting limits of sorbic,dehydroacetic,benzoic were 0.033 g/kg,0.050 g/kg,0.010 g/kg.The recovery range was 90%~102%.RSD was 0.96%~3.3%.Conclusion: This method is stable,rapid and repeatable to detect the benzoic,sorbic,dehydroacetic acid of bulk foods.
