摘 要:师资队伍水平的差距是导致我国东西部之间、城乡之间义务教育失衡发展的根本原因所在。促进西部农村义务教育实现与全国均衡发展的根本之计在于大力加强西部农村教师队伍建设。建立和完善引入机制、激励机制、培训机制、合理流动机制和退出机制,是稳定农村教师队伍的关键。The fundamental reason leading to imbalanced development between eastern and western China and cities and countryside in compulsory education lies in the gap in level of teaching faculty.In order to make rural compulsory education in western China develop equally to other regions of the country,fundamental measures should be taken to vigorously strengthen construction rural teaching teams,and establish and complete admitting mechanism,inspiring mechanism,training mechanism,properly migrating mechanism and resigning mechanism.However,the key point is to establish and complete a guarantee mechanism for rural teaching teams to stabilize teaching faculty in the countryside.
