松香氧化物中羟值的测定与方法研究

摘　　要：[目的]测定松香氧化物中的羟值,并对操作步骤进行分析。[方法]用乙酰化法首次测定了松香氧化物中的羟值,探讨了测定过程中影响试验结果的一些因素。[结果]松香氧化物羟值较大,说明松香在氧化过程中生成了较多羟基。[结论]建立松香氧化物中羟值的测定方法可为松香的深加工技术提供帮助。[Objective]The research aimed to determinate the hydroxyl value in the oxidation product of rosin,and analyze its producers.[Method]The acetylation method was used to determinate the hydroxyl value in the oxidation product of rosin firstly,and discuss some influencing factors during determination.[Result]The hydroxyl value in oxidation product of rosin was high,showing there were more hydroxide radical during rosin oxidation.[Conclusion]To establish the determination method of hydroxyl value in the oxidation product of rosin is of help to deep processing of rosin.
