摘　　要：目的探讨隧道预置切口白内障合并青光眼联合手术的效果。方法白内障38例（38眼）。分为A组20例，预置切口组，于隧道内预置切口；B组18例，对照组。结果改进后术程缩短，术后反应轻。结论对于隧道切口的白内障手术需联合小梁切除或周边虹膜切除术时采用预置切口方法效果良好。Objective To study the effect of pre-set incision in the tunnel to treat cataract combined with glaucoma. Methods Pre-set incision in the tunnel was used in 20 cases, the group A; and the other 18 cases were in group B, the control group. Results This method reduced the duration of the opera- tion and lessened the postoperative reaction. Conclusion Cataract surgery with pre-set incisional tunnel combined with trabeculectomy or iridectomy is easy to perform and effective for treatment.
