摘　　要：作为企业发展的核心动力和源泉,技术创新在其本质上也是一种从进化到革命的连续知识创新。在企业的技术创新过程中,组织的学习能力越来越重要,组织学习的有效性也成为创新成功的一个突破性因素,揭示组织学习与技术创新能动效应正是组织学习的有效性的主要体现。As the competitiveness and source of enterprise development,technological innovation is a continuous knowledge innovation from evolutionary to revolutionary in essence.In the process of technological innovation,organizational learning is more and more important,so the effectiveness of organizational learning has become a breakthrough factor of successful innovation.And then revealing the dynamic the effectiveness of organizational learning and technological innovation becomes the main expression of organizational learning.
