摘 要:目的:探讨互动式教学查房在临床教学中的意义。方法:采用对照研究的方法,事先对实验组教师进行互动式教学查房培训,然后由资深教授、教育职能部门及学员对两组带教教师的教学查房进行多角度考评。结果:经互动式教学查房培训后的实验组带教教师的查房质量优于对照组(P<0.01),学员满意度也更高(P<0.01)。结论:互动式教学查房能提高临床教学质量;学员获益的同时,也因教学相长稳定了师资队伍;同时也推动了临床教学管理的有效落实。Objective: To investigate the significance of interactive teaching rounds in the clinical training.Methods: An interactive teaching rounds training was provided prior to the experimental group wards round.Comparison from multiple aspects between the control group and experimental group was made by senior professor,functional department and students.Results: After training,the ward rounds quality of the experimental group became better than the control group(P0.01),meanwhile satisfaction of students was also higher than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion: The quality of clinical teaching rounds has been improved by the interactive teaching.This approach not only benefits to students,but also stabilizes the teaching staff.The management of clinical training can then be implemented effectively on this method.
