摘 要:目的:比较PDCA指导下的临床带教方法和传统临床带教方法在护理临床操作技能教学中效果的差别。方法:以护理本科生77人为试验对象,分别采用传统临床带教方法和PDCA指导下的新临床带教方法。操作考核内容为口腔护理技术和密闭式静脉输液技术。统计数据用SPSS 10.0软件分析。结果:两组护理本科生口腔护理技术和密闭式静脉输液技术操作考试评分比较有统计学意义。结论:PDCA指导的新带教方法有利于提高护理操作技能。Objective: To investigate the difference of the teaching effects between the teaching methods under the guidance of PDCA and the traditional teaching methods.Methods: PDCA and the traditional teaching method were used in 77 nursing students.The examinational clinical skills are nursing care of oral cavity and closed intravenous transfusion.The data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 after research.Results: The differences of nursing care of oral cavity and closed intravenous transfusion between the two groups were significant.Conclusion: The teaching method under the guidance of PDCA can enhance the nursing students' clinical skills.
