摘　　要：针对当前"一刀切"的执业医师考试制度的弊端,建议:考试应分级量化,满足社会不同层面的医疗需要;不同医学专业间应适用不同的考试标准;国家教育部和卫生部应该采取整体测评医疗市场人才需要,总体规划医学专业及其规模,综合平衡城市中心医院与社区医院、城乡医疗资源等措施,谋划好执业医师资格考试制度,满足社会需要。For the current ＂one size fitting all＂ licensed physician examination system defects, It is suggested that the quantitative test should be graded to meet the medical needs of different levels of the society; among different medical professionals different test standards should be applied; Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health should adopt the overall evaluation of health care professionals need to the market, plan the medical profession and its overall plan size of the overall balance of the city center hospitals and community hospitals, rural health care resources and other measures so as to plan a good examination system for medical practitioners to meet the needs of the community.
