摘 要:目的:分析某医科大学七年制硕士阶段学生心理健康状况。方法:采用SCL-90(症状自评量表),对七年制医学生硕士阶段360名学生进行测试,并将结果与全国常模、七年制医学生本科阶段、统招硕士SCL-90因子分进行对比分析。结果:1.19.17%的七年制医学生硕士阶段学生存在心理健康问题。2.本硕硕士阶段在人际敏感方面均高于统招硕士和本硕本科阶段。3.女性在躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、焦虑4个因子上与男性比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:学校、社会、家庭应采取广泛措施,完善健全心理健康机制。Objective: To analyze the mental health status in the master stage of seven-year program medical students in a medical university. Methods: 360 seven-year program medical students in their master stage were tested by Symptom Checklist (SL-90), and the result was eontrasted with that of the normal students, seven-year program medical students in undergraduate stage and normal masters. Results: 1. 19.17% of the seven-year program medical students in their master stage had mental health problems. 2. Compared with the normal masters and seven- year program medical students in tmdergraduate stage, seven-year program medical students in their master stage had higher scores in interpersonal sensitivity. 3. The females had significant difference with males in somatization, compelling, interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: Extensive measurements should be taken by the society, universities and families to improve and strengthen the mental health condition.
