艺术类大学生自主创业实证研究

摘　　要：艺术类大学生自主创业已成为一种不可或缺的就业方式,是国家倡导并予以扶持的一种就业渠道。本文以活跃在辽沈大地社会艺术培训市场中的音乐美术专业大学生自主创业群体为实例,在对艺术类大学生自主创业拥有的优势资源和体现的社会价值予以论述的同时,指出目前存在的来自社会环境、学校家庭、个人方面的问题,并就此提出相应对策:一是优化创业环境;二是强化创业教育;三是开启创业思路。Nowadays,art students start their own businesses have become an indispensable means of employment,and also has become one kind of employment channel which the nation advocates and supports.Taking the student group who are majoring in music and fine arts and starting their undertakings dynamically in the social arts training markets in Liaoning province as an example,and at the same time discussing the advantage of resources and the social value of the art students＇ starting their own businesses,this thesis points out the existing problems of the social environment,school,family,and personal problems,and proposes the solution： first,optimizing the business environment;secondly,strengthening entrepreneurship education;thirdly,broadening business ideas.
