摘　　要：秦帝国政治模式的主要特征是,唯物化的政治意识,君主至尊的政治心态,权力专断的政治思路。促成这一政治模式的环境条件是国家的统一。这一政治模式产生了双重效果:行政的高效与政治的迅速崩溃。唯物化的政治意识与权力专断的政治思路、高效的政治机制成正比,而与依法行政、社会和谐成反比。The Qin dynasty political model is characterized by the actualization of political ideology,by unrestrained reverence to the monarch and by the mentality of absoluteness of the political power.The external condition of this political model is the national unity.This model generated two distinctive outcomes： unparalleled political effectiveness on the one hand,and speedy collapse of the political order on the other hand.In other words,actualization of political ideology and absoluteness of political power are directly proportional to the effectiveness of administrative mechanism,but are inversely proportional to the rule of law and to social harmony.
