摘　　要：从生命的视角审视体育教育,体育教育应以关注与直面生命为起点,点化与润泽生命,促成自然生命与价值生命的整体发展,培育一个身心和谐的全人是体育教育应有之意。我们要深刻认识体育的生命品性,挖掘其中丰富的生命内涵,在体育教育中积极渗透生命教育,不仅有利于改变我国目前生命教育不利局面,建立多层次立体的生命教育体系,也有利于我们更准确把握体育教育的内涵,进一步推进体育课程改革。清醒认识生命在我国体育教育中失落的现状,牢牢竖立"生命为本"的体育教育理念,增强生命意识,在体育课程中确立系统的生命教育目标,将生命的本质、特征和需要体现在体育教育过程中,实现体育教育生命化。This paper made an analysis of Physical Education from the perspective of life. Life is essential for Physical Education. Therefore, it is very necessary to improve life, promote the integrated development of nature life and value life, and cultivate holistic person with the harmony of life and soul in Physical Education. To know the life nature of Physical Education deeply, explore the profound connotation of life, and integrate the Life Education with Physical Education not only can help us to change the poor situation of life education and establish dimensional life education system with multiple levels, but also can help us to know the connotation of Physical Education and deepen the curriculum refmTa. It is very important for us to know the current situation of Physical Education which is lacking of life, cultivate the ＂life - centered＂ idea in Physical Education, enhance the life consciousness, set the systematical goal of Life Education in Physical Education, represent the life nature, signs and needs in the process of Physical Education and realize the vitalization Physical Education.
