摘 要:运用问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法对我国四所体育类院校教师行为对学生行为和心理特征所产生的影响进行分析。分析认为技术课教师对学生的影响主要体现在教师的"人格特征"和"技能水平"上;教师的年龄、形态、性别对学生技术的学习有着一定的影响。理论教师的"人格特征因子"表现的较为突出,对学生的影响较为关键;"品质特征"的积极和消极因素是师生之间有序教学的保证。理论教师应注重职业素质的提高和专业技能在教学中的合理运用。The paper makes an analysis on the impact of teachers' behavior on students' behavior and psychological characteristics by means of investigation and statistics. The results are as follows : sports teachers mainly influence students on their personal characteristics and technical level, in addition, a teacher' s age, body shape and gender have a certain impact on the students' skill learning. Theory teachers mainly influence students on their personality and quality characteristics. Theory teachers quality characteristics are good guarantee in the process of teaching between teachers and students. Meanwhile, "after analyzing, it is believed that theory teachers should improve their profession skills and have a good manner in teaching.
