民办高校教学质量管理探析

摘　　要：民办高等教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,在人才培养过程中发挥着巨大的作用。民办高校只有提高教学质量,才能从真正意义上提高学校竞争力,在生存和发展之中立于不败之地。学生状况、师资情况、专业和课程设置、教学评价与监控体系等因素是影响教学质量的主要因素,抓好这几个方面是保证民校教学质量提高的关键。Private higher education, as an important part of China~ educational system, plays a great role in the process of personnel training. There is only one way to improve the competitiveness of the universities and to remain invincible in the survival and development The status of the students and teachers, disciplines and curriculum construction, teaching evaluation and monitoring system are the main factors that affect the teaching quality and ensure the improvement of the teaching quality of the private colleges.
