摘　　要：本文在综述20世纪初以来领导力理论内涵以及演化脉络的基础上,结合当前工程实践中从管理向领导转变的客观需要,提出了工程领导力构成要素V-AIR模型,兼顾了工程领导力普遍性和特殊性特点。本文的研究结果对在创新型国家建设进程中培养21世纪卓越工程领导人才,具有借鉴作用。Based on reviewing leadership theories since the beginning of the 20th century and their evolution context and considering current engineering practice objective need in the transition from management to leadership, the paper proposes the V-AIR model of engineering leadership elements, which also took into account the engineer leadership general and special features. The results of this study have significant meaning for fostering future excellent engineering leader.
