摘  要:为了开发DEB-2菌株抗真菌活性物质成为组培抗真菌添加剂,采用生长速率法研究了DEB-2菌株抗真菌活性物质对12株组培常见污染菌的抑制作用,并将该抗真菌活性物质添加到组培培养基中,观察其对半夏组培苗生长的影响。结果表明,DEB-2菌株抗真菌物质对组培常见污染菌有较强的抑制作用,在20mL/L浓度下能明显抑制大多数常见组培污染真菌的生长,但对半夏的生长无显著影响;在30mL/L浓度下能显著抑制半夏不定芽的再生率;在40mL/L浓度下对不定芽生长高度的抑制作用极显著,对半夏的生长势有明显的抑制作用。In order to develop the DEB-2 antifungal compound to become antifungal additive of tissue,the inhibition activity to common contaminated fungi of tissue culture of DEB-2 antifungal compound and the effects of the growth of P.ternate were studied.The results showed that the antifungal compound of DEB-2 had strong inhibition activity to contaminated fungi of tissue culture.At the concentration of 20 mL/L,the antifungal compound could obviously restrain the growth of contaminated fungi,but had no effects to the growth of P.ternate.However,the antifungal compound could restrain the regeneration rate of P.ternate's adventitious buds at 30 mL/L of antifungal compound.The height of P.ternate's adventitious buds was strongly restrained at 40 mL/L of antifungal compound,but the growth vigor of P.ternate was not obviously inhibited.
