对军校青年教师教书育人的几点认识

摘　　要：教育和创新型人才已成为新时期国家核心竞争力的关键。本文首先分析了军校青年教师在教书育人方面存在的一些问题,然后分别从价值取向和道德修养,教育理念和综合业务能力,育人为本和教学质量等方面探讨了青年教师在教书育人过程中自身需要注意的问题,以期为军队高等院校青年教师做好教学和人才培养、全面提升自身素质提供一些参考意见。Edueatlon and innovative talents have become the key of the core competitive force of nations in new era. This paper first analyzes the problems in teaching and educating people by young teachers in military academies. Then, from the aspects of value orientation, morality cultivation, educational concept, comprehensive professional ability, educating people as the basis, teaching quality and so on, it further discusses the problems that the young teachers should pay attention to in teaching and educating. We expect that this paper provides some reference for young teachers in military academies to do well in teaching and educating students, and improve their own quality.
