摘 要:在当前的高校创业教育中,课程教学、师资建设和管理机制是制约创业教育发展的主要方面。温州大学以营造校园创业文化,面向不同类型学生的创业教育,多渠道开展创业实践为主要路径,以课程体系设置、教学方法、师资队伍组建、考核方法、质量监控等方面改革为突破口探索推进创业教育的新路径,总结了有益经验,提出未来应从提高就业率向提升就业层次、从粗放式的创业实践教育向培养"专业+创业"复合型人才、从培养自主创业者为主向培养岗位创业者为主的转变中实现高校创业教育的跨越式发展。In the current entrepreneurship education in universities, curriculum teaching, the construction of teaching teams and management mechanism are the bottlenecks of the development of entrepreneurship education. Wenzhou University has established the new routes and concluded the beneficial experiences of pushing forward the entrepreneurship education by creating campus entrepreneurship culture, facing different types of students' entrepreneurship education, developing entrepreneurship practice in mUltiple channels, as well as the breakthrough of curriculum system settings, teaching methods, teaching team construction, evaluation methods and quality monitoring. In the future, to achieve the leap-forward development of entrepreneurship education, we should promote the employment level rather than the only-focus on employment rate, transform from the extensive entrepreneurship practical education to the cultivation of compound talents with the integration of profession with entrepreneurship, from the cultivation of mainly focusing on self-employment to position-entrepreneurship.
