摘　　要：本文从我国高校数字化教育资源整合中所面临的问题入手,重点从资源布局分散、缺乏合作,数据整合不规范,重硬件投资轻软件投资等方面进行了分析,并且结合高校数字化教育资源整合的原则,提出了促进高校数字化教育资源整合的对策和建议。From the problems of digital educational resources integration in universities to analyze the resources scattered layout, lacking of cooperation, irregular data integration and putting more attention to the hardware investment than the software investment, and combined with the digital educational resources integration principle, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the digital educational resources integration.
