摘　　要：通过分析就业能力特征,围绕我国高职教育在就业能力培养上存在的不足、校企合作的定位、发挥校企合作优势更好地提升大学生就业能力等三个方面展开论述,提出了校企合作条件下高职院校大学生就业能力培育的对策与建议。This article, through analyzing the characteristics of employment ability, points out the deficiencies in employment ability cultivation of vocational schools in China, talks about the functions of school-enterprise cooperation and explores how to promote college students＂ employment ability by means of school-enterprise cooperation; then puts forward solutions and suggestions on the vocational college students＂ employment ability cultivation by means of school-enterprise cooperation.
