摘　　要：目前分子生物学的理论与实验技术被广泛应用于医学研究的各个领域,分子生物学实验成为研究生的重要选修课程之一。本文探讨了通过加强分子生物学基础理论知识的学习,合理设置教学内容,增加实验中学生的操作机会,严格管理和实验考核等改革措施来保证实验教学质量,提高研究生科研素质的思路。Currently the theory and lab technology of molecular biology are widely applied in various fields of medical research. Molecular biology experiments have become one of the important optional courses for postgraduates. This article discusses how to ensure the quality of teaching and improve the research ability of graduate students by enhancing learning of theoretical knowledge of molecular biology, setting reasonable teaching contents, increasing students＇ operating opportunities during experiments, making strict management and assessment.
