摘 要:研究专题讲座形式对强化临床实习生人文素质和临床工作能力的影响,将某医学院校的200名临床实习生随机分成A、B两组,每组100名实习生,A组接受强化素质教育,B组未接受强化素质教育。临床实习1年后,对两组实习生的文素质状况和临床工作能力进行比较分析。结果发现,与未接受强化素质教育的实习生进行比较,接受强化素质教育的实习生,人文素质和临床工作能力均得到显著提升(P<0.01);相关性分析显示,实习生的临床工作能力与其人文素质状况呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。表明采用专题讲座形式的强化素质教育措施,可以达到短期内提升学生人文素质、提高临床工作能力的目的,值得在临床实习教学中借鉴。To explore the effect of strengthening humanities quality education with seminars on medical interns' humanities quality and clinical work performance, we randomly divided 200 clinical interns from a medical college into two groups: Group A (100 clinical interns) which received strengthened humanities quality education and Group B (100 clinical interns) which did not. After one-year clinical practice, humanities quality and clinical work performance of the medical interns in the two groups were compared and analyzed. The result showed that humanities quality and clinical performance of in Group A raised obviously compared with that in Group B ( P 〈 O. O1 ). Correlation analysis demonstrated that the medical interns' humanities quality had a significantly positive correlation with their clinical performance (P 〈 0. 01 ). Our study indicates that strengthening humanities quality education with seminars can improve humanities quality and clinical performance of medical interns in a short term, which deserves learning in clinical practice teaching.
