摘　　要：杜维涛是我国早期电化教育的第一位专职行政主管与执行者,也是戴尔"经验之塔"的中国首介者,对二十世纪三、四十年代的中国电化教育实践与研究有着重要影响。杜维涛认为电化教育是教育现代化与国家现代化的重要手段之一。他明确了我国电化教育的国营模式与教育定位,并始终在国际视野与本土创新中探索电化教育发展道路。Du Wei-tao is the first full-time administrator and the first introducer of ＂Cone of Experience＂.He has great influence on Chinese early audio-visual education theory and practice in the 1930s and 1940s.Du Wei-tao takes audio-visual education as the important mean to education modernization and the country＇s modernization.He Puts forward the state-run mode and education orientation,and explores the chinese path in international vision and the local innovation.
