摘　　要：听力技能的提高不能仅限于多听多练，需要和其他各项技能相结合。以听和说的结合为切入点，将听力训练和口语训练相结合，使两种技能相互促进。文中在分析了英语教学的现状和存在的问题之后，提出了几点听力教学策略，并在实践过程中得到了检验和改进。The integrated teaching mode is beneficial to improving students＇ English listening comprehension. Basing on his own teaching experience, the author puts up forward three strategies, including enriching students＇ knowledge of target culture, choosing the right listening material and enhancing the sentence structure learning ability.
