猪骨蛋白对骨质疏松大鼠尿中钙磷水平的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨猪骨蛋白对骨质疏松大鼠尿液中钙磷和羟脯氨酸水平的影响。方法:取3月龄Wistar大鼠60只,随机分成6组。A组大鼠灌胃2.5 ml/d生理盐水,其它各组大鼠2.5 ml/(kg.d)肌肉注射地塞米松,2次/周,共6周造成骨质疏松模型。之后,A和B组灌胃5ml/d生理盐水,C组灌胃300 mg/(kg.d)接骨七厘片,D,E,F组分别灌胃200 mg/(kg.d),100 mg/(kg.d),50 mg/(kg.d)猪骨蛋白。12周后取尿测尿钙和尿磷水平。结果:D和E组大鼠尿钙水平比生理盐水组降低(P<0.05);F组与生理盐水组比无显著性差异。结论:猪骨蛋白能降低骨质疏松模型大鼠尿钙水平。Objective:To explore the influence of porcine bone protein to calcium,phosphate and hydroxyoproline.Method:60 Wistar rats,which are about 3 monthes older,were divided into 6 groups.Exception of A group,which 2.5 ml/d of physiological saline was poured into rat,the rats in other groups were injected by dexamethasone,2.5 ml/(kg·d),2 times per week,total 6 weeks,the rat model of osteoporosis to be formed.Then,the rats in A and B groups were poured by physiological saline,5 ml/d per rat.The rats in C groups were poured by 300 mg/(kg·d) of Jiegu Qili Pian.The rats in D,E,F groups were respectively poured into 200 mg/(kg·d),100 mg/(kg·d) and 50 mg/(kg·d) of porine bone protein.After 12 weeks,The levels of calcium(Ca) and phosphate(P) in urine were detected.Results:Comparing with B group,the levels of Ca in urine in D and E groups were obviously lower(P0.05).However,the levels of Ca in F groups had no difference.Conclusion:Porcine bone protein decreases the levels of Ca in the urine of rats with osteoporosis.
