阳光体育运动开展的现状与可持续发展研究——以湖南省农村中学为例

摘　　要：以湖南为例,运用文献资料、问卷调查、比较研究、数理统计等方法,对农村中学开展阳光体育运动的特点及三年多来所取得的核心成果和存在的主要矛盾进行了深入研究。研究发现,学生锻炼时间得到了增加,体质健康水平得到了增长,但仍然存在语境缺失、师资薄弱、器材短缺、监管不力等矛盾。正确导向,优化体育社会语境;多管齐下,抓好体育师资建设;加大投入,改善场地设施条件;优化过程,提高体育锻炼效果;强化管理,健全考核评价机制是农村中学阳光体育运动可持续发展的基本对策。Taking Hunan province as an example,by applying the methods of documentation,questionnaire,comparative research and statistical analysis,the thesis researches the situation of Sunny Sports Campaign in rural middle schools.It believes that the student＇s exercise time and physical fitness had increased.But there are some faults,such as social language territory imperfection,weak teacher resource,inadequate sports facilities,poor surveillance etc.There is a necessity to improve social language territory,strengthen teacher training,enlarge funds devotion,optimize the educational process,and enhance the process management as the countermeasures.
