摘　　要：教育制度源于人的教育实践、教育交往实践,教育制度是处于教育交往实践过程、教育实践活动过程中的人的创造物。教育交往实践的需要、教育实践的需要是教育制度可变革的根本动力,并不存在超越于人之外的教育制度创造主体。作为一种历史的存在物,教育实践、教育交往实践的时间性、历史性决定了教育制度的时间性、历史性,决定了教育制度的发展是一个不断对自身进行扬弃的过程。Within the framework of Marxist education theory, education system stems from education practice, education communication practice. The education system is created by humans during their education communication and education practice process. Education communication and practice are the primary motivation for edtucation revolution. As a historical existence, the timing and history of an educational system are determined by those of the education practice and communication. The evolution of education system is a process of developing the useful and discarding the useless.
