试论老子人本思想对当代大学生心理健康教育的启示

摘　　要：知识经济时代,培养具有完全人格的心理健康教育已经成为紧迫的社会课题。本文立足于当代大学生心理健康现状,探讨了老子人本思想对于培养大学生健康心理的重要作用和现实意义。老子人本思想中蕴涵着深刻的做人智慧,为素质教育提供了丰富的文化资源。当代大学生应主动学习道家文化,汲取精神营养,充分发挥老子的重生、贵生思想及做人、生活智慧,全面提升自己的身心素质,具备健全的人格和良好的社会适应能力。现当代大学生担负着现代化建设的重任,一定要把"成人"和"成才"有效地结合起来,借鉴老子做人哲学,以做人为基础,加强成才教育。In the Era of knowledge economy,it becomes a pressing social issue to construct the psychological health education which intends to culture students with full personality.Based on the current situation of the contemporary college students＇ mental health,this article discusses the important role and practical significance of the People-oriented Thought of Lao zi in culturing students mental health.The People-oriented Thought of Lao zi in life implies profound wisdom,which provides the rich cultural resources for the quality of education. College students should take the initiative to learn Taoism culture,learn the spirit of nutrition and give full play to the rebirth of Lao zi,by thinking and learning its life,life wisdom to improve their overall physical and mental qualities and have a sound character and good social adaptation.Contemporary college students charged with the task of modernization must make ＂adult＂ and ＂talent＂ to effectively integrate and draw on life philosophy of Lao zi,strengthening the Talent Education based on how to live.
