从事高校兼职班主任工作的几点体会

摘　　要：班主任是高等学校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。班主任与学生的接触最为频繁,在广泛而密切的交往中,耳濡目染、潜移默化,对学生健全人格的形成、学生的成长和成才产生最为持久而深刻的影响。教从从思想教育、班级建设、指导就业和品德教育四个方面谈谈从事高校兼职班主任工作的体会,以提高班主任工作的质量与效益。The teacher in charge of a class is the backbone in the moral education work,and carries out the ideological and political education in university students.The contact between university teachers in charge and student＇s is most frequently.Between widespread and close contact,it will have most lasting and the profound influence by what one sees and hears,influences subtly,to the student perfect personality formation,student＇s growth and matures.The paper describe the working experiences in Ideological education,class committee constructs,careers guidance and moral education.
