法国研究生教育与国家创新体系建设的关系及启示

摘　　要：研究生教育与国家创新体系之间是一种相互促进、相辅相成的关系,研究生教育应主动将自身纳入国家创新体系建设的一部分。在研究法国研究生教育为适应国家创新体系建设而进行的一系列的改革基础上,分析了法国研究生教育与国家创新体系间的相互促进作用。借鉴法国的经验,研究生教育应该成为加强国家创新体系各行为主体联系与合作的基点,研究生教育既是知识、技术、人才创新的基地,也应该成为加强国家创新体系建设的抓手或立足点。Postgraduate education and national innovation system is a kind of mutual promotion and complementary relationship.Graduate student education should be actively put itself into the construction of national innovation system.This paper studied a series of reforms of French graduate education for the purpose of adapting to the construction of national innovation system,and analyzed the interaction between French postgraduate education and national innovation system.Learning from French experience,postgraduate education should become a basic point of strengthening relation and cooperation among the main bodies in national innovation system.Postgraduate education is not only the base where knowledge,technology,talented person innovate,but also the gripping device or the standpoint of strengthening the construction of national innovation system.
