摘 要:目的:构建橙皮苷的含量测定方法,测定5种不同品种柑橘皮中橙皮苷含量。方法:采用正交实验法确定最佳提取条件。采用薄层-紫外法分离测定柑橘皮中的橙皮苷。结果:橙皮苷在2.7~27.0μg/mL(r=0.9992,n=6)范围内浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系。5种不同品种柑橘皮的橙皮苷含量在24.45~30.87mg/g之间。其中脐橙皮中橙皮苷含量最高。结论:该法测定柑橘皮中橙皮苷含量,对仪器要求不高,准确可靠,可用于柑橘皮质量控制。Objective:To establish a fast and simple determination method for hesperidin content from five different species of Pericarpium Citri Retiulatae in Guangxi.Methods:The optimum extracting condition was optimized through orthogonal design test,and the hesperidin were separated and determined by TLC-UV.Results:The calibration curve showed a good linear relationship when hesperidin was in 2.7~27.0 μg/mL(r=0.9992,n=6).The hesperidin contents in the samples from different species were 24.45~30.87 mg/g.The results showed the hesperidin content in the sample from the peel of navel orange is highest.Conclusion:The method for the determination of hesperidin from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae has high duplication and accuracy.It can be used for quality control of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.
