摘　　要：根据宿迁学院园艺专业人才培养方案和专业技能培养方案,在多年实践教学和调查研究的基础上,逐步形成了"模拟承包制"实践教学模式。由实验室与实习基地建设、课程建设、实验室与校内实习基地开放3方面组成模拟承包制的运行基础;由学生分组、选题与项目立项、材料准备与实施、考核制度4个方面构成模拟承包制的主体运行模式;模拟承包制的实施取得了较好的实践效果,提高了人才培养质量。According to the Suqian Colleges Horticulture talent training scheme and professional skills training program,based on practice teaching and investigation,gradually formed a＂simulated contracting out system＂ practice teaching model.By the laboratory and practice base construction,curriculum construction,laboratory and inner School Practice Base opening composed of simulation running basis.Grouping students,topic selection and project,preparating material and implementation,appraisal system constitute the simulated contracting out system.Implementation of simulated contracting out system in practice teaching made better effect,improve the quality of talent cultivation.
