摘　　要：乳品微生物检测技术对乳制品的质量安全、营养健康及疾病预防具有重要作用,其方法已由培养水平向分子水平迈进。主要介绍了几种乳品微生物检测的技术及方法,并展望了其检测技术的发展方向。Detection technology and methods in milk microorganism is important for security,nutritional health and disease prevention.It has developed from culture level to molecule level.Several detection technology and methods are introduced,the prospect of detection technology is looked forward.
