摘　　要：论述了食品科学与工程专业教学改革的必要性,并从课程体系、理论教学、实践教学、人才培养模式等方面,分析了普通高等农业院校食品科学与工程专业的教学改革与实践。Discussion is made on the necessity of teaching innovation in food science and engineering at first.Then the suggestions are put forward on the teaching innovation and practice in food science and engineering in the agricultural university,including courses setting,theory content teaching method,practice teaching method and students fostering mode.
