摘　　要：首先指出了机器人应具有自治能力、预见能力和良好的人机沟通能力。然后,提出了一种基于对规则的挖掘和学习来提高机器人智能水平的途径。最后,就机器人发展和应用可能引发的社会问题及应对策略进行了探讨。To meet the requirements of the times,the paper points out that the robot should be endorsed with self-control,foresight,and good human-machine communication ability.Then,the paper proposes the approach which improves robot intelligence by rules mining and learning.Finally,the social problems arising from the development and use of the robot and corresponding tactics are discussed in the paper.
