摘　　要：大学生求职过程具有一定的阶段性,在不同的求职阶段,因为任务和目标不同,会有不同的心理特点和表现。通过对大学生求职前、求职中、求职失败、求职成功四个不同阶段心理特点的分析,全面客观地了解大学的求职心理,以期为有针对性地开展就业指导提供依据。Job hunting of undergraduate has many phases.In different phases,there are different psychological features and representations because of the different tasks and goals.By analyzing the different psychological features of four different job hunting phases,namely,before and after job hunting,failure and success of job hunting.We can understand the psychological performance of undergraduate objectively.Furthermore,it can provide help for vocational counsel of university.
