天然粗竹纤维的复合酶脱胶效果初探

摘  要:采用半纤维素酶/果胶酶复合酶对天然粗竹纤维进行脱胶处理,并探讨了复合酶的配比用量和脱胶时间对粗竹纤维脱胶效果的影响.结果表明,随着半纤维素酶/果胶酶复合酶配比用量及脱胶时间的增大,粗竹纤维的失重率逐渐上升后趋于平缓再逐渐下降,断裂强力随失重率的增大呈下降趋势.最佳处理条件为:果胶酶、半纤维素酶配比用量分别为2.0mg和1.5mg,时间为2.5h,温度为38℃,pH值为5.2,处理后粗竹纤维的失重率为11.6%,断裂强力为48.81cN(下降了8.20%)且较均匀(变异系数为2.48%).The hemicellulase/pectinase compound enzyme was used to degum natural bamboo fiber,and the influences of the proportion of the two enzymes and treatment time on degumming were investigated.The results showed that with increasing hemicellulase/pectinase proportion and lengthening degumming time,the weight loss percentage first rose,then became little changed and finally declined gradually and that breaking strength decreased with increasing weight loss percentage.Optimum results were obtained in the treatment of a hemicellulase/pectinase ptopotyion of 1.5 mg/2.0 mg,a degumming time of 2.5 h,a temperature of 38 ℃ and a pH value of 5.2.Under these conditions the weight loss percentage of bamboo fiber was 11.6% and the breaking strength was 48.81 cN(a decrease by 8.20%) with a low CV of 2.48%.
