摘　　要：为了解医学研究生的学业态度状况，对在读全日制研究生进行抽样问卷调查，分析了工作经验、性别、婚姻状态以及不同来源地等因素对研究生学业态度的影响，并就如何改善学业态度提出了建议和设想。In order to understand the academic attitude of medical postgraduates, a questionnaire survey was conducted among full-time postgraduate students.The impacts of working experience, gender, marriage status and source on the academic attitude were analyzed, and the improved suggestion and pre- sumption for academic attitude were provided.
