层级培训在心血管护士培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨层级培训在心血管护士培训中的效果。方法采用层级培训模式，对55名心血管系统护士进行护理培训，制汀并实施各层级护士的年度培训与考核计划，定期进行效果评估和反馈。结果培训后护士的评估病人问题的能力、专科基础知识和技能、护理文件书写能力、应急能力、带教能力评价总均分显著高于培训前（P〈0．05）。结论规范化的层级培训能有效巍高护理人员的综合素质，提高抢救患者的成功率，为临床护理提供了优质的护理服务质量。Objective To explore the effect of level training about nurse in the cardiovascular training. Methods A total of 55 ncrses in the cardiovascular system were trained by level training model, formulating and enforcing annual training and assessment program of nurses at all levels, making effects evaluation and feedback regularly. Results After training , the total average scores of evaluation in the aspects of ability of assessing patient＇s problem, basic knowledge and skills of profession, ability of nurses＇notes writing, emergency response capability, teaching ability were significantly higher than before （ P 〈 0.05 ） .
